I highly recommend The Mousepad. Vicky Mouse has a lot of really nice country backgrounds and graphics.
For an island or underwater look visit Tropical Nights
I really love the sets at Cottonwood Designs. She has used paintings and pictures in her sets, rather than computer generated images, for a very nice effect.
If you need backgrounds this is a nice directory.
IconBAZAAR should be your first stop when you need icons.
Corbis has pictures for any category you need them for.
Holiday Clipart - don't let the name fool you, they have some very nice non-holiday images too, especially of birdhouses.
